The Clermont County Municipal Court is proposing significant changes to our local rules. Your input is critical to ensuring that the rules effectively govern the activities of the Court and meet the needs of the bench, bar, and public.

Please take a few moments to review our proposed rules.  A copy of our old rules with the majority of the changes is provided for your convenience.

Comments can be made on the form provided.  That form can be returned to the Municipal Clerk of Court, Civil Division by mail, or in person at 4430 State Route 222, Batavia, Ohio 45103; by fax at 513-732-8134; or by email at  lrules@ClermontCountyOhio.gov

All comments must be submitted by 4:00pm on April 12th, 2013
